Description
I headed out take photos of the stars at Peyto Lake along the Icefields Parkway in Alberta with some friends. After taking my first test shot I noticed a green haze on the horizon. It couldn't be! "I think we are in for a nice surprise tonight" I said to everyone. We ended up spending about 2 hours photographing the northern lights on this frigid -25 degree winter night.
